I really can’t tell you how much I hate using the term marketing as and umbrella for anything I do. It’s a term that has a serious PR problem, but alas it’s the term I’m strapped with, onward.
I’m such a believer in Gary Vaynerchuk’s concept of The Thank You Economy that I want to help companies put his methods into practice. Here’s a quick test to determine if you may want to consider this service:
Stop listening to the BS from the typical social media marketer. Stop counting your facebook likes and twitter follows as if they show any meaningful progress. Want to learn more from the guy who came up with it? Watch this video (yes he curses, big deal). If you agree with what he’s saying but aren’t sure where to start, give me a call or send me an email.
Another hot-button term that conjures smarmy tactics. I have been doing SEO the right way since 2008. Most SEO’s will tell you, you need links and may even talk some about how some links are more valuable than others, then they will proceed to take your hard earned-money and purchase or build loads of garbage links that will not help you rank for anything but will associate your site with sites that Google either does or soon will think are scammers. I don’t do this.
I would love an opportunity to sit down with you and explain good SEO, explain how the search engines have evolved in the last 5 years and tell you what things you should be doing, regardless if you hire me to do them or not. Just give me a call or email me and that meeting is entirely free. I’m happy to do it to put these swindlers out of business and keep more business from falling into that trap.
